Privacy & analytics
Rockstone Exchange uses product analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, inventory and project interest, searches, shares, and basic device/traffic information.
Approximate location (country, region, city) may be derived from IP address for market intelligence. This is not precise home-address identification. Anonymous public visitors are never tracked with GPS.
On-duty GPS (signed-in crews only). When a worker taps Start shift, and after accepting short consent language, the app may read the device location while that browser tab remains open. Positions are stored for live site presence so supervisors can see who is on duty. Ending the shift stops updates. We do not run background GPS after you leave the page.
Session replay may be enabled during early product testing. Passwords and sensitive form fields are masked. We do not attempt invasive fingerprinting or to identify anonymous visitors by real-world identity.
Staff accounts may be identified after login (role and account type only — not passwords or payment credentials).
